Troubleshoot:
Remake an entire game in our platform ✨

Literama is a game based on real books, designed to encourage reading by using book content to solve in-game challenges. The game features four distinct adventures across different maps.

The original version was discontinued due to its outdated engine, and our challenge was to rebuild the entire game from scratch using our current platform.

I was responsible for identifying and documenting all assets used in the original version, as well as mapping which features could be reused and which ones needed to be redeveloped.

After this deep analysis, we were able to optimize the development process by focusing only on key tools while adapting existing systems already available on our platform.
Troubleshoot:
Adapting challenges and Gameflow ✨

Some challenges from the original game were not compatible with our platform, and we didn’t have enough time to develop new features from scratch.

So I was responsible for adapting certain challenges and interactions without change the original storyline.

To achieve this, I added new key points and interactions with NPCs to break up the continuous dialogue flow. This made it safer for our platform to create save points and less tiring for students by introducing interactive moments instead of long reading sequences.
